This website wont keep your picture if you put computer on "SLEEP"---IT LOSES IT! LOST MY BEST PICTURE!

This is probably caused by the Memory Saver feature in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

If you disable Memory Saver for this site’s domain (paintbbs.sakura.ne.jp) in Chrome’s settings, you may be able to prevent your drawing from being lost.

Chrome’s Memory Saver feature discards all data from inactive tabs after a certain period of time.

If you are not actively drawing, the tab is considered inactive.
Inactive tabs have their data cleared to free memory.
This is part of the browser’s design.

However, it is true that in litaChix, when an image is destroyed by Memory Saver, the data from before the destruction is not preserved.

In AXNOS Paint and PaintBBS NEO, a backup is saved to the browser’s storage every 10 strokes.
Because of this, even if the image is destroyed by Chrome while the tab is sleeping, it can be restored from the browser’s storage.

A new autosave recovery feature has been added to litaChix.

Autosave backups are now stored periodically (about every 2 minutes or every 60 strokes).
If the browser unloads the tab (for example due to Chrome/Edge Memory Saver), and an autosave backup is available when you return, you will be prompted to restore it:

"Unsaved data detected. Would you like to restore it?"

This feature may help reduce accidental data loss caused by tab unloading.
